Your recommended size
Between sizes? For lace sets and underwire bras, size up. For fishnet and stretchy mesh, go true to size or size down for a snug fit.
How to take your measurements
Use a soft fabric measuring tape. Wear minimal clothing and stand naturally. Keep the tape horizontal and snug — not tight.
01 — bust
Fullest point
Wrap around the fullest part of your chest, across the nipples. Keep the tape parallel to the floor.
02 — waist
Natural waist
Measure at your narrowest point — usually 1–2 inches above your belly button.
03 — hips
Widest point
Around the widest part of your hips and seat, 7–9 inches below your natural waist.
04 — height
Feet flat
Stand barefoot against a wall. Measure from the floor to the top of your head.
05 — thigh
Upper thigh
Around the fullest part of your upper thigh, just below the seat. Used for stocking sizing.
06 — under-bust
Band size
Around your ribcage, directly under your bust. Keep the tape firm but not tight.
Use a fabric tape
A soft sewing tape gives the most accurate results. Metal or paper tapes can give inaccurate readings.
Remeasure regularly
Body measurements change. Re-check your size every 3–6 months, especially after changes in weight or fitness.
Get help if you can
Having someone measure you gives more accurate results, especially for bust and hip measurements.
Fit tips by style
| Style | Fit tip |
|---|---|
| Bodysuits | Stretchy styles — size down for snug, size up for relaxed. Check crotch snap placement before ordering. |
| Lace sets | Size up if your measurements fall at the top of a range. Lace has minimal stretch and underwire sizing is fixed. |
| Fishnet & mesh | Highly stretchy — size down 1 for a tighter look, or go true to size for everyday comfort. |
| Babydolls | Forgiving silhouette — true to size is ideal. If you're fuller through the bust, size up. |
| Garter belts | Size based on your waist only. Adjustable straps make garters flexible across all hip sizes. |
| Stockings | Size based on both height and hip. When in doubt, size up — too small and they'll roll down or tear. |
| Teddies | Check both bust and hip measurements. If they suggest different sizes, always go with the larger one. |
| Plus-size | Our plus-size range runs S–3XL, cut specifically for curves. True to size is always the best choice. |
When to size up
Your bust or hips fall at the upper end of a range, you're choosing underwire or lace styles, or you prefer a more comfortable fit.
When to size down
The style is fishnet or highly stretchy mesh, you prefer a second-skin fit, or your measurements consistently fall at the low end of a range.
