RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your Hotkiky order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Not intimate toys, lubricants, or opened hygiene products (for health and safety reasons)

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Intimate toys and personal massagers
- Lubricants and gels
- Opened or used lingerie
- Items marked as Final Sale

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hotkikystore@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email hotkikystore@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return

We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
